All returned items must be in their original packaging and packed securely and safely. Shipping is for the customer’s account.
We will only provide a refund or replacement if the defect is due to manufacturing on Creative Albums side.
We create custom products with input from you, and therefore cannot provide replacement or refunds if input from you resulted in the incorrect product. This includes poor quality images, low-resolution images, incorrect book size selection, misspelling of names etc.
Although the best equipment is used and every effort is made, slight colour variations may occur from book to book, and from your computer screen to the final product. This is normal, and will not be refunded.
